Your order is very important to us as we know it is to you. All orders are shipped ASAP. At the most, your tub will be shipped within 14 business days unless it is a special color order. Special colors require as much as 4 – 6 weeks to be shipped. A lot of our most popular whirlpools are on our Quick Ship Program and will be shipped the next business day. OUR RETURN POLICY

Because most of the items we offer on our website are custom made to order, our return policy is as follows: Custom colors and added options are nonreturnable. Orders for standard colors are returnable by the consumer as follows:

(A) Unit is repacked in original shipping container

(B) A return authorization is requested by consumer

(C) Consumer pays both shipping to them and return freight charges plus restocking fees of 25% – 30%. All orders are placed under this agreement.

(D) All returns must be within the 30-day period following the delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If payment is made with a credit card and order is cancelled, it will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee due to the charges from card processor which is non-refundable. 

DAMAGES FROM SHIPPING

If an item you ordered is damaged in shipping and it is obvious at the time you are receiving it, refuse the shipment and call us immediately about the damage. The delivering truck line will return the item and a new item will be reshipped.
